Utilising a 10-Gigabit iSCSI System-on-a-Chip (SoC) solution that can handle over 65,000 I/Os per second and capable of supporting over 15TB raw capacity using high-capacity hard drives, these SANs can easily be implemented as near line storage to supplement primary IP network storage solution or be used as a basic backup and recovery device.

D-Link media converters convert signals for transmission on one type of cable to signals for transmission on another type of cable.
